Comparison of Charlie Kirk and Horst Wessel of Nazi Germany

The context of Charlie Kirk’s death may never be understood. However, after reviewing the context of his works, together with the works of his colleagues like Ben Shapiro, we shall know more about the man who was assassinated in broad day light at a university campus while he was at work trying to propagandize young Americans to Trump’s view of America.

What is the context of Charlie Kirk’s work is that he was a paid Trump professional propagandist, and he enjoyed getting paid, with a mission for deception, spreading disinformation and misinformation among Trump’s youthful supporters, in order to propagandize them against that part of society that Stephen Miller (White House Deputy Chief of Staff), who heads and directs Trump’s domestic militarization policy—and who in his tweet of September 11—called the “evil ideology.”

The last time something like this was written for a domestic military mobilization against an “evil ideology” was in Germany during the rise of the Nazis. The Horst Wessel Song, which Stephen Miller alludes to in his tweet, was the official anthem of the Nazi Party and the second national anthem of the Third Reich, whose lyrics were taken from a poem written by Horst Wessel, a member of the Brown Shirts, or Storm Troopers (SA), who was shot in a 1930 brawl over unpaid rent. That song was written to mobilize against the “evil ideology,” and against the ideas of the Reds, which afflicted German society, which song became the anthem of all of Germany until its defeat at the hands of the Red Army in 1945.

Like Charlie Kirk’ death which is now being celebrated by the Trump Right, Horst Wessel’s death, was celebrated particularly by Joseph Paul Goebbels, a prominent figure in Nazi Germany, known for his role as the Reich Minister of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda. Trump’s Charlie Kirk is to Hitler’s Horst Wessel what Trump’s Stephen Miller is to Hitler’s Joseph Goebbels. And the “evil ideology” represents their enemies—the left, communism, Black Political Action, the Russians, and so on.

All this to say that the exploitation of propaganda of a propagandist, like Charlie Kirk, has happened before—in Nazi Germany. Which seems to be ruling its ugly head in America today. Particularly, the way in which Miller and others around Trump, like Sebastian Gorka (a Hungarian, British American with a senior post in the American Security Council) are weaponizing Charlie Kirk’s death against their political enemies—the left, Black Political Action and others—there has to be plenty of concern for their actions because of this comparison to Nazi Germany.

  1. Consistent with the leftist, is name calling and victim blaming. Congratulations 🎉
Now, Charlie Kirk is a propagandist simply because he shared his faith in public holding conversations with ordinary citizens.
    Shame.
How do you misprofile and unjustly judge a man assassinated for his views and then invite unsuspecting people to join you to sustain your evil agenda against a man who only held conversations.

    • Courage Nobi is that all you know about Charlie Kirk? What sort of public conversations was he holding? The trashing of African Americans at the least opportunity? What did he have to say about the Rev Martin Luther King jnr and George Floyd? I am sure they will holding more conversations in the hereafter. Will his killing continue to ensure the maintenance of the Second amendment. I hope not.

  2. ….Trump’s Charlie Kirk is to Hitler’s Horst Wessel what Trump’s Steven Miller is to Hitler’s Joseph Goebbels….
The most simple simple yet complex ideation in one sentence I have read in a long time. Elegance in simplicity.
    I salute you 👏
    Please keep them coming.
I am so glad that the link between Trump and Fascism has been made forcefully with historical analogy . There is a straight line between Trump and Hitler
