John August is a Los Angeles-based screenwriter who has numerous writing credits, including Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005), Big Fish (2003), Charlie’s Angels (2002), and Go (1999). He also runs a website that contains very useful advice and information on screenwriting for aspiring and current writers.
