A severe illness with effects worse than the West Nile virus, malaria, and the swine flu combined has been gradually overtaking countries around the world.

For hundreds of years, the source of the illness has been unknown.

But recently, scientists, nutritionists, and medical doctors have discovered the source: a diet based on daily dosages of cheap labor.

The symptoms of the unnamed illness include: increased poverty, homelessness, and unemployment coupled with immeasurable amounts of greed, entitlement, hubris, and a false sense of superiority.

Residents of countries where the illness is widespread should be approached with caution. They are known to be ill-informed and dangerous.

If you notice that your nation or any nation with which you have regular or sporadic contact is suffering from these symptoms, please contact the Global Maat Authorities immediately.

Proceed with caution.

The sickness has been known to spread quickly to countries through the short minds of ignorant persons.

Once exposed, infection is probable and treatment is challenging.

Research is ongoing to find a permanent cure.

Though findings are preliminary, researchers have started to see improvements in countries that implement payment of living wages, reparations to descendants of former slaves, mass incarceration reform, and enforcement of maximum wealth caps on corporations and individuals.

However, this remedy is not to be administered without a strong government and intelligent citizens.

In extreme cases, this condition may be irreversible without swift and speedy revolution.
