Narmer:
The Ancestors have always known, and this is what their theories show, that Prostitution which is a means for survival was an exploitative, invasive, demeaning work that the poorest women in society felt pressured to do. Modern society wants these women, the poorest amongst us, to believe that it is not exploitative, but empowering. And they have stories of women making 10,000 USD a month online as the foundation of these narratives. Who’s stupider? Frankly, can we even debate the modernists? Do they ever listen to reason?
The trick is simple: Rather than fix the problem of poverty among women and resolve the exploitative work incumbent on it, modern society, now led by the neoliberalists, has decided to embrace the exploitation and now call it something else – Empowerment. I know I am one of the most brilliant people in the world, believe me, yet even I, not even I, could have cooked up a more brilliant theory of feminist surrealism to further make more women poor and have them love it.
Recall that one of the foundational principles of the neoliberal elite remains unchanged. The NYT and Bloomberg, only this year, published that, “You will eat bugs, and you will enjoy it!” Let’s just say the ideation for this un-aliving depression here begun in the 1960s for women and now men too! “You will become a Prostitute, online perhaps, and you will enjoy it.”
Dade Afre Akufu:
No easy! These mind tricks and gymnastics… I have been watching the theories of the Masters of the famed Mis-Educated Than His Ancestors come to life. Their populations are imploding.
Basweka Mawanda:
They will retort that women were oppressed sexually, economically and socially. Today they’re able to express their fully gained emancipation and sexual liberties. If it racks up $$$ then why not?
Narmer Amenuti:
“If it racks up $$$ then why not?” Exactly! How apt! Another way I have heard this: “If it makes $$$, it doesn’t have to make sense.” Put another way, “It does not have to make sense, so long as it makes $$$.”
But, you know this as well as I do that the neoliberal mimic in Africa will quickly shoot up, and scream, “What makes sense is what makes $$$.” All this to say that the decadence has a paralogism of its own. All this makes perfect nonsense within the framework of their insanity.
I do not despise mad men. In fact, I admire the fact that we share the same humanity with mad men. And it is their insanity that perfectly describes our own sanity in much the same way that the prostitution of the many defines the chastity of the few.
Dade Afre Akufu:
Narmer Amenuti Do you think that Sexual Disenchantment is really a thing?
Narmer Amenuti:
Not sure, but you may be on to something… My estimation is a simple one, albeit one that is heavily biased in the ways of Ntoaboma Traditions. Which is that the idea that young women should be encouraged to behave like terrible men is a bit bizarre. I would think that it would have been more helpful to encourage terrible men to be more like women. You see? Then again, if the neoliberal does not see a difference between male and female then all these ideas are mute to him. Which is what, I fear, is the real crux of the insanity of the neoliberal. None of this neoliberalism is making young women or men happier. And before you challenge me on that you may want to look at the stats on young women and men in therapy for isolation related issues in the west, and in America. The disenchantment happens when what is being sold as a pill for happiness is causing the opposite – depression.
Dade Afre Akufu:
That rings a bell: “The disenchantment happens when what is being sold as a pill for happiness is causing the opposite – depression.” That sounds more and more, every time I read it, like western drugs. It is downhill no matter how it makes you feel.
