NEW YORK CITY, New York, U.S. – Welcome to America today.

Every day Americans of African descent are harassed and arrested by cops of European descent for absolutely neither human nor law enforcement reason. If they are not so lucky, which happens quite often, Blacks are fatally beaten or they are murdered in cold blood.

This has been the story of America since its first Europeans arrived and single handedly wiped out whole races of people native to the American sub-continent. The people, who only two centuries prior were engaged in lucrative trade when the Mali Empire had docked on its shores, had become unsuspecting prey to the newly arrived savages from Europe.

America changed. The world devolved. Not for want of a livelihood nor for survival, these Europeans set out thence to commit the worst human atrocity the world has ever know – slavery.

Perhaps for sheer greed, or for blow. The barbarians had made it out of the swamps and the world was going to bend to their most horrid destructive proclivities.

This has been the story of white America since its slavery saw the biggest and the most brutal trade in human flesh; since Jim Crow and their recent War on Blacks (Drugs) which has seen the biggest prison population in human history arise in a country that they shall yet and still call, the ‘beacon of democracy’.

Shoot. Welcome to America. When they say they bring you democracy, you better budge promptly or else, woe betides you – all of you.

It is a land in which historical facts, which should lead to atonement or reparations for the inherent and inherited burden of slavery on Blacks, have been redefined as excuses for personal responsibility, a land in which legally protected peaceful demonstrators and human rights activists, like the Panthers then and the Black Lives Matter movement now, are redefined as “fifth columns” or foreign agents subject to extermination – Malcom X., Martin Luther King Jr.

America is a land immune from criticism, and all crimes are blamed on those whom white Washington intends to rule – Blacks, Native Americans and Hispanics.

Shoot. Welcome to America today.

America’s love for totalitarian violence has been pacing since its inception. And because no one has been brave enough to pull it to a stop, or slow it down, it has begun its inexorable acceleration towards chaos.

Like a bush regime, America has had a penchant for rewarding white Police and Justice Department officials who trample all over what they call a US Constitution. A document they have heavily inherited from the Greeks, who intend plagiarized it from Kemet, but fail to understand, in simple terms, its fundamental African principles of peace, equal justice and egalitarianism.

Last year, America’s First Black President after 43 white men, nominated David Barron, by force or by strong persuasion, to be a judge on the First US Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mr. Barron is responsible for the US Justice Department memo that forced the hand, albeit legally, of Barack Hussein Obama II to murder a fellow American citizen with a missile fired from a drone.  The execution took place without charges presented to a court, trial, and conviction.

Shoot. Welcome to America today. It may seem that the bad deeds of its past, because it was never restrained, have returned to discomfort it. Curses are like young chicken: they always come home to roost.

The mirror image of such a crucifixion is self-evident and fresh in any African American historical and contemporary mind. Day in, day out, in every nook and cranny, white American police officers execute fellow citizens – African Americans – on the streets without charges presented to a court, trial, and conviction.

Such manifestations were not atypical during slavery and the era of Jim Crow which has by accident been captured exquisitely in two films: 12 Years a Slave and Django Unchained.

No historical document has ever drawn the moral and physical color line so inadvertently in America than these accounts. White men in America with guns, ready to use it, at any cost, hunt, enslave and kill the African for absolutely no human reason. This portrait was fresh in any African American mind of yesteryear.

But the monstrosity has descended into the present in equal measure, after it has been visited upon generation after generation, and like Django, starring Jamie Foxx, African Americans remain, by and large, charged, tried and convicted, killed or incarcerated, all within the pull of a single trigger or the clasping of pair of handcuffs.

Shoot. Welcome to America today.

Clearly, America is exceptional in its immorality, lack of human compassion, and disrespect for law and its founding document which it has invariably inherited from the Masters of Civilization in Africa without comprehending it.

Hitler, Queen Elizabeth and Herod would be pleased at the ease with which totalitarianism marches through American institutions – both public and private.

Shoot. Welcome to America today.

Now, with a media that is overwhelmingly bought and fed by white oligarchs, teaching the US public about white cop justifications for murdering American citizens going about their business, the evils of American Greed have more than exacerbated.

Shoot. Welcome to America today. They have grown horns, and fangs.

Media in the US is more interested in smearing human rights activists. They feed their populace with notoriety than any understanding of the course of human history. They vilify the Black Lives Matter peaceful uprisings, demonstrations and protests that should bring world attention to America’s horrid treatment of African Americans.

What this tells us is that morality is sidetracked into self-serving agendas while evil overwhelms the morality of American society.

White Americans and their leaders who court them to commit these crimes against humanity are members of a new species—the Inhumanes—that has arisen from the poisonous American environment of greed, arrogance, hubris and finally, paranoia.

But shoot. Welcome to America today.

Like the old African proverb would put it: Once a country descends into evil, it doesn’t emerge.

America’s first sin will haunt it to its unescapable end. But before it is dead and gone, the proud Ghost of its greatest sin – slavery – shall have her revenge – in this life or the next.

For curses are like young chicken: they always come home to roost.

  1. After reading this, I am stupefied in how Narmer captured the essence of the African American struggle in America in this short essay. Though this essay is inspired by the essay by Paul Craig Roberts – The Rise of the Inhumanes, Narmer has done quite an interesting job in painting the whole picture that is America today. I enjoyed this reading in all its fullness.

  2. Just on point. You are on point Narmer. You have nailed it. When all is said and done, the story will go like this: Once upon a time, there were civilized people living in the Americas. Some savages from Europe arrived and killed them off. Then they went to the old civilizations of Africa and threw in into chaos immediately. Why? For slaves. Why? To farm for them cotton and sugar? Why? They couldn’t restrain their appetite for anything. For after all, they were savages!

  3. You capture it best when you say “America’s first sin will haunt it to its unescapable end. But before it is dead and gone, the proud Ghost of its greatest sin – slavery – shall have her revenge – in this life or the next. For curses are like young chicken: they always come home to roost.”

  4. Great and fine. But where is your own? Come back home. Africa is big enough. America or Europe is not for us Africans.

  5. Well written.
and be it whether one is sad or glad, it’s the simple raw naked truth, the time will come when the History Book will tell a true Tale of how a Nation born and bred out of barbarity could not redeem it’s self because of hate, greed and lack of love for Humanity!!!
